Returns Policy
Due to the nature of the items we sell we do not offer refunds or returns. Purchasing from SRGlitter.com means you understand and accept the fact that if you order it and it arrives you can not return it to get a refund. Our items are sent out with vacuum sealing to insure no spillage happens while shipping. Please take this into thought when you are purchasing from us. All sales are final. No return or refunds will be accepted.

Shipping
Orders Placed Monday-Friday will ship within 24 hours if you you order in stock items. Orders placed on Saturdays if placed before 10an EST will usually ship that day if not they will be shipped out the following bushiness. Orders placed on Sunday will ship out on the following business day.
If you place an order for a Pre Order the items will be shipped out within 24 hours of the date listed for the pre order.
If you place and order for a monthly box those are pre orders and ship once a month after the date your monthly subscription comes out.
Make sure you are using the correct email so you can get your tracking numbers via email. Notices are sent as soon as your order is being packaged normally within the date of ordering.
Orders go out USPS anything under 16oz goes out First Class anything over goes out Priority mail. Shipping times depend on the post office and weekend order. Most items reach your door step in less than 5 days. Depending on shipping times of the year it can take up to 1 week to arrive after it has left my hands.
First Class Mail can take 1-2 Weeks on the long side depending on USPS
Priority Mail can take up to 1 to 1 1/2 week depending on the USPS.
Most orders arrive in 2-3 business days from the time your order has been placed till it reaches your door.
You may upgrade to UPS but voids your free shipping at $60.00
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Once an item has been marked as delivered it is your responsibility to make sure you get your packages. I can not cover theft of packages once an item has been marked as delivered unless you have chosen to add Route to your order. Route is shipping insurance and it covers lost, stolen, and damaged items.
